About the Role

AIContentfy is looking for self-motivated Recruiters with English fluency. In this role, you will lead our company's expansion efforts by sourcing talented candidates and onboarding them.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am - 5pm

Location: Maadi, Victoria Square (onsite)

Salary Range: 10,000 - 12,000 EGP per month

Requirements:

• English C1+ 
• 1+ year of recruitment experience
• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Outstanding interpersonal skills
• History of success in attaining recruitment metrics
• Experience hiring for agency related roles 
• Must be self-motivated and receptive to feedback

Responsibilities:

• Act as the point of contact for candidates
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications
• Conduct pre-screening interviews 
• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge and experience
• Schedule office interviews with qualified applicants
• Build and maintain an active pool of candidates to meet future hiring targets
• Participate in campus recruiting activities or job fairs as needed 
• Conduct market research to establish suitable salary ranges and benefits
• Ensure current positions are accurately posted on all recruiting systems and job boards
• Headhunt for qualified candidates when necessary
• Generate and send out offer and rejection letters to candidates
• Receive hiring documents, and file them according to company policy 
• Onboard new employees
