Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for non-technical positions
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates
  • Share interview feedback and follow up for closures
  • Roll out offer letters and ensure timely joining of candidates
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and candidate records
  • Support employer branding and hiring drives

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good understanding of recruitment lifecycle
  • Experience in using job portals and LinkedIn sourcing
  • Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously
  • Good coordination and follow-up skills

Qualification:

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • MBA / PG in HR (Preferred)
  • Freshers with recruitment exposure may apply
