RECRUITER

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist who is currently located in Bahrain and ready to join immediately. The ideal candidate will manage the full recruitment lifecycle and ensure that all hiring processes comply with Bahrain labour law and local government requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment activities across all levels and departments.
• Source candidates through job portals (including Indeed), LinkedIn, referrals, networking and internal databases.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, shortlist candidates, and coordinate further interviews with hiring managers.
• Draft and issue offer letters, coordinate joining formalities, onboarding documentation and background checks.
• Ensure recruitment procedures are compliant with Bahrain Labour Law and government regulations (e.g., LMRA, MOL).
• Maintain accurate candidate data, recruitment reports and records.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Executive, preferably in Bahrain.
• Strong working knowledge of Bahrain Labour Law and local hiring practices.
• Immediate availability and currently based in Bahrain.
• Experience using online recruitment platforms — Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Experience with visa processing and local Government portals (e.g., LMRA).
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
