Position Overview

We are seeking a Recruiter with demonstrated experience in managing the complete recruitment lifecycle. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and capable of independently handling sourcing, screening, coordination, and onboarding activities while working in alignment with US business hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting and candidate sourcing to offer issuance and onboarding support
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, indeed, social media platforms, and other relevant job boards
• Conduct initial telephone screenings and coordinate skills assessments or technical evaluations
• Prepare and distribute offer letters, employment agreements, and related recruitment documentation
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and employee records within HR systems
• Support new hire onboarding to ensure professional and seamless experience
• Assist in bulk hiring campaigns and recruitment drives as required
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives to strengthen candidate engagement and organizational visibility

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related discipline
• 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment
• Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal
• Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); prior hands-on experience with ATS platforms is mandatory
• Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social media for talent sourcing
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously
• Residents of Rawalpindi or candidates who can commute or relocate prior to joining

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Rawalpindi Satellite Town: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
