Position Overview
We are looking for a Recruiter with 1-2 years of experience to join our HR team. Working alongside Fatima, our HR Manager, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment and managing HR records by keeping accurate, up to date employee files. You would spend your days working closely with our Montreal Executives and Managers to build job descriptions, manage talent pipelines, and find new ways to source talent for our call centre and admin roles in Cairo. Finally, you'll extend offers and help on-board our newest team members, while setting them up for success.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Take ownership of the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews for hiring managers.
• Navigate internal applicant tracking systems (ATS) to maintain an efficient recruitment cycle.
• Source and engage candidates through various job boards and platforms.
• Interview and conduct phone screens, diving into professional experience and ensuring the best fit for our teams.
• Ensure an exceptional process by continuously communicating with candidates in English.
• Support the onboarding process to ensure new hires are set up for success.
• Assist in managing employee records for accuracy and compliance.

What You Bring:

• Proven experience in high-volume, mass recruitment. Experience recruiting for a call centre, an asset.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent English communication, both spoken and written.
• Ability to work virtually with Montreal managers.
• Proficiency in Greenhouse ATS & Google Workspace, an asset.

• Please note this is a full-time, on-site position, in Heliopolis, Egypt. Daily working hours begin at 2:00 PM (Egypt time).
