Job Summary
The Real Estate Recruiter is responsible for attracting, sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified real estate professionals, including agents, brokers, and support staff. This role plays a key part in growing and strengthening the organization by building a consistent pipeline of top talent aligned with company culture and performance goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract high-performing real estate agents and staff
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking events, and industry associations
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Promote the company’s brand, value proposition, and commission/benefit structure to prospective candidates
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial contact through onboarding
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Collaborate with leadership to understand hiring goals and workforce planning
- Track recruiting metrics and prepare regular hiring reports
- Attend career fairs, open houses, and industry events to expand recruiting reach
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company hiring policies
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- 2+ years of recruiting experience; real estate or sales recruiting experience strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of real estate licensing, roles, and industry trends (preferred)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring pipelines
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM tools, and social recruiting platforms
- Results-driven mindset with strong organizational skills

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
