Recruiter

Job Summary:
The Call Center Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for call center positions such as agents, QA, trainers, and support staff. The recruiter ensures timely hiring of qualified candidates to meet operational staffing requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit candidates for call center positions through job portals, social media, and referrals.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Coordinate interviews with management and follow up with candidates.
• Maintain recruitment records, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
• Ensure timely fulfillment of hiring requirements for different campaigns.

Requirements:

• Experience in call center or bulk hiring recruitment.
• Strong communication and interviewing skills.
• Familiarity with job portals, social media recruiting, and hiring processes

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per hour
