Job Title: Recruiter – Call Center (Night Shift)

Shift: Night Shift (8:00 PM onwards, Weekends Off)
Salary: 50,000 – 60,000 PKR + Attractive Incentives

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Recruiter for our call center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment cycle for night shift campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Post job ads on different platforms
• Screen and shortlist candidates
• Conduct initial interviews
• Schedule and coordinate walk-in interviews
• Maintain recruitment data and reports
• Achieve monthly hiring targets

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year recruitment experience (Call Center Required)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work in night shift
• Target-oriented and active personality
