Role Overview

We are hiring a Recruiter with experience in the iGaming industry to support high-volume hiring for call center agents and telesales teams. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, and closing candidates efficiently to meet ongoing hiring targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for call center and telesales roles
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
• Conduct screening, interviews, and candidate shortlisting
• Coordinate onboarding and ensure smooth candidate experience
• Meet daily/weekly hiring targets in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Proven recruitment experience in iGaming, call center, or telesales hiring
• Strong sourcing and screening skills for high-volume roles
• Fluent in English and Urdu
• Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines
