Job Overview:

We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will focus on hiring Property Consultants/Real Estate Agents for the Dubai and Abu Dhabi market. In this role, your main job is to find people who are good in sales and comfortable working in a commission-based environment. You will screen candidates, talk to them, and help choose the right people for the role. You will also work closely with sales managers to understand what kind of candidates are needed and make sure there is always a steady flow of strong applicants ready to join the team.

Responsibilities / Day-to-Day Tasks:

  • Source and attract Property Consultants and Real Estate Agents for the Dubai and Abu Dhabi market
  • Screen candidates to assess sales experience, confidence, and commission readiness
  • Conduct initial interviews and coordinate further interviews with sales managers
  • Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified real estate candidates
  • Post job ads across platforms and manage applicant responses
  • Track recruitment progress using CRM or internal tracking systems
  • Coordinate onboarding requirements once candidates are selected

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience, preferably in real estate or sales hiring
  • Strong understanding of the Dubai and Abu Dhabi real estate market and agent profile expectations
  • Confident in assessing sales-driven personalities and performance mindset
  • Good communication and interviewing skills
