Are you passionate about talent acquisition and building great teams? We’re looking for an experienced Onsite Recruiter to join our fast-growing team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles across departments.
• Conduct initial phone screening, assess candidates, and ensure positive candidate experience.
• Work closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and ensure a seamless hiring process.
• Help build and foster a diverse, inclusive work culture.

Required Qualifications:

• 6months of recruitment experience (preferably in-house or on-site).
• Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and meet hiring targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
