Job Description
The Recruiter is responsible for leading the full spectrum of Recruiter initiatives to attract, engage, and hire top-tier talent aligned with the organization’s strategic goals. This position goes beyond recruitment by developing and executing proactive sourcing strategies, driving employer branding efforts, and supporting long-term workforce planning. The incumbent will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, ensuring exceptional candidate experience, data driven hiring decisions, and effective pipeline development for future organizational needs.
Recruitment Operations
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle. From job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Utilize modern sourcing channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events.
- Maintain and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and candidate database.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to design effective job descriptions and structured interview guides.
Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
- Strengthening the company’s employer brand through social media campaigns, recruitment marketing, and participation in career fairs and talent events.
- Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from first contact to onboarding.
- Partner with Communications and HR to create compelling recruitment content and messaging.
Data, Analytics & Compliance
- Track, analyze, and report key hiring metrics such as time to fill, source effectiveness, cost per hire, and quality of hire.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, data privacy laws, and equal employment opportunity standards.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes through data insights and feedback
Stakeholder Partnership & Talent Advisory
- Advise managers on talent market trends, compensation benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners to ensure alignment between talent acquisition and retention strategies.
- Provide regular updates to leadership on hiring status, talent gaps, and market intelligence.
