Recruiter/ HR for Real Estate Agency (Basic + Commission)

Role Description The HR / Recruiter at ROI'ALL REAL ESTATE will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring real estate agents and other key team members in line with the company’s growth plans. Day-to-day tasks include posting job ads, screening applications, conducting interviews, coordinating hiring processes with management, and maintaining an organized candidate pipeline. The Recruiter will collaborate closely with the CEO to understand role requirements, promote the company’s value proposition to potential hires, and support onboarding activities to ensure a smooth integration. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence candidates and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, job boards, and social media platforms for talent acquisition.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies, prioritize tasks, and meet hiring timelines in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of the real estate sector in Dubai or a strong interest in learning the local market.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage given the multilingual team and client base.
• Proactive mindset, attention to detail, and commitment to providing a professional candidate experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

IMPORTANT:

This position offers basic + commission package. Each successful hire = commission.
