About the Role:
Unity Films Software Pvt Ltd is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter Intern to join our HR team. This paid internship offers hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations, with the potential to transition into a full-time role based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including:
• Posting job advertisements on various platforms, screening resumes , shortlisting candidates and coordinating and scheduling interviews
• Maintain and update employee records and internal HR databases
• Support HR team in day-to-day administrative and recruitment-related tasks
• Assist in onboarding and documentation of new hires

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (must be completed)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Must be female
• Must be based in or willing to commute to Satellite Town, Rawalpindi
