Recruiter - Sales POS

Job Title: Recruiter – Sales POS

Shift: Night Shift (8PM - 5AM or 6PM - 3AM)
Location: PECHS Block 6.
Preference: Female candidates (strongly preferred)

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter who specializes in bulk hiring for sales/lead-generation roles. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently fulfilling high-volume sales recruitment targets and managing end-to-end hiring in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage bulk hiring for Sales and Lead Generation positions.
• Achieve monthly hiring targets of up to 20 Lead Generation Executives.
• Source and screen high-quality candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
• Conduct interviews, assessments, and coordinate final selection processes.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure smooth onboarding with HR & operations.
• Work closely with department leads to understand hiring requirements and role expectations.
• Provide timely updates on hiring progress and maintain recruitment trackers.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in bulk hiring, preferably for Sales / Call Center / Lead Generation roles.
• Ability to meet or exceed monthly hiring targets (minimum 20 hires per month).
• Strong sourcing skills across multiple channels.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in the night shift.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Female candidates are preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in fast-paced hiring environments (BPO/Call Center/Lead Gen setups).
• Ability to manage high-volume pipelines efficiently.
• Familiarity with ATS tools (optional).
