Recruiter – Talent Acquisition

India

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.).
  • Conduct initial phone and in-person interviews, evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide recruitment strategies.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process – from posting job ads to onboarding new hires.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports.
  • Handle employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor hiring practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in [industry].
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring processes.
  • Proficient with recruitment tools, ATS, and job portals.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Understanding of labor laws and recruitment best practices.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
