Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.).
- Conduct initial phone and in-person interviews, evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide recruitment strategies.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process – from posting job ads to onboarding new hires.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports.
- Handle employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor hiring practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in [industry].
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring processes.
- Proficient with recruitment tools, ATS, and job portals.
