Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruiter/HR Generalist with at least two years of recruiting experience to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage full-cycle recruiting processes, support talent management initiatives, and contribute to our company’s growth. You will play a vital part in sourcing top talent, building strong relationships with candidates and internal teams, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts across all departments
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies
• Conduct thorough interviews, assess candidate skills, and facilitate the hiring process while maintaining compliance with employment laws
• Manage candidate pipelines through social media management tools and cold calling techniques to generate leads and build talent pools
• Negotiate employment terms with candidates while ensuring alignment with company policies and labor laws
• Facilitate onboarding processes by coordinating employee orientation sessions and preparing necessary employment documentation
• Foster strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide ongoing talent management support

Experience

• Minimum of two years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment with exposure to recruiting for all positions
• Strong knowledge of employment and labor laws as well as sourcing strategies
• Excellent communication skills for engaging candidates via social media management tools and cold calling techniques
• Familiarity with employee evaluation, employee relations, contract management, and training and development practices
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while building relationships across teams
