Recruiting Classification Specialist - Active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph Required

Work You'll Do

As a Project Delivery Manager for our federal sector client in the Human Capital group, you will:
  • Drive all aspects of the full cycle recruitment process, including vacancy posting, application evaluation, interviewing and selection support, and extending offers.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers, provide guidance on policies, collaborate on hiring procedures, and execute effective hiring strategies.
  • Drive the implementation of recruiting strategies and timelines and engage with candidates throughout the hiring journey to provide general support, resolve inquiries, and maintain a positive candidate experience.
  • Evaluate and classify federal positions so that they are appropriately categorized according to established standards and guidelines.
  • Certify compliance with OPM classification standards and provide guidance to managers and supervisors on position management and organizational structure.

Qualifications

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required
  • Ability to work fully onsite in McLean, VA
  • 3+ years of experience in Recruiting, Federal Human Resources (Federal HR), technical writing and strategy assessment
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Preferred:
  • 2+ years of experience in professional services environment
