About the Role

We are hiring a Recruiting Intern for a 2-month contract with an immediate start (as early as next week).

This is an entry-level, execution-focused role designed for individuals who want hands-on exposure to recruiting operations in a high-growth environment.

You will support recruiters across coordination, scheduling, pipeline management, and operational execution, ensuring smooth and efficient hiring workflows. This role does not involve screening or conducting interviews.

This is a fully onsite role based in our DHA Phase 2, Islamabad office, and requires candidates to bring their own laptop.


Recruiting Coordination & Scheduling

  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and internal recruiters/hiring teams
  • Manage calendar alignment, rescheduling, and confirmations
  • Ensure timely communication with candidates regarding interview logistics
  • Act as the operational point of contact for scheduling-related queries

Candidate Pipeline Support

  • Assist in maintaining structured candidate pipelines across multiple roles
  • Update candidate statuses in tracking systems and spreadsheets
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of recruiting data across stages
  • Support recruiters in keeping pipelines organized and up to date

Operational Execution

  • Support recruiters with day-to-day execution tasks across hiring workflows
  • Track follow-ups and ensure timely completion of pending actions
  • Maintain recruiting dashboards, trackers, and internal documentation
  • Help streamline coordination between recruiters and candidates

Administrative Support

  • Assist in maintaining recruiting systems and records
  • Support document collection and verification workflows where needed
  • Ensure all recruiting-related data is properly logged and updated
  • Handle ad hoc operational tasks to keep hiring processes running smoothly


What You’ll Need

Must-Haves

  • Fresh graduate to 6 months of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, admin support, or similar roles
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume coordination environment
  • Comfortable working fully onsite at DHA Phase 2, Islamabad office
  • Must have your own laptop
  • Available for immediate start (within next week)


Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with recruiting tools, ATS platforms, or spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets)
  • Internship or exposure to recruitment agencies or startup environments
  • Interest in building a career in recruiting, HR, or talent operations
  • Strong sense of ownership and reliability in execution-heavy roles
