Recruiting/Employee Experience Coordinator

Full Time | Monday through Friday | 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. MT
Compensation: $47,500 - $52,500, depending on experience
About the Role:
The Recruiting/Employee Experience Coordinator plays a key role in attracting, screening, and coordinating talent for Romex. This position focuses on managing the candidate pipeline, supporting hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth and professional experience from application to offer crafting an amazing employee experience after hire. You will be heavily involved in posting jobs, communicating with applicants, conducting screenings, and keeping the hiring process organized, event planning, and New Hire Orientation
What You’ll Do:
Talent Acquisition
You’ll help ensure Romex attracts and hires exceptional talent while delivering a professional, positive candidate experience.
- Write and post job openings through Paycor Recruiting
- Review applications and identify qualified candidates
- Conduct initial candidate screenings via phone or video
- Communicate with candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process
- Coordinate interviews across multiple departments
- Prepare and send offer letters and track acceptance timelines
- Monitor background checks to ensure timely completion
- Keep candidates informed with clear updates and next steps
- Support onboarding preparation and first-day coordination
- Assist HR with recruiting projects and hiring initiatives
Employee Engagement & Experience- Write and post job openings through Paycor Recruiting
- You’ll help create a welcoming and engaging environment for our team members.
- Help plan and coordinate company events and team activities
- Conduct employee exit interviews and gather feedback
- Oversee the New Employee Orientation (NEO) program
- Coordinate orientation agendas, communication, and internal presenters
- Support initiatives that enhance employee engagement and company culture
- Conduct weekly meetings for teams (Online + In person)
- Re-stock snacks for our home office
- Celebrate Birthday's & Anniversaries monthly
- Update events calendar
- Keep up with apparel inventory
- Ship out inventory to offices
