Recruitment Administrator

📍 Location: JLT | 🕒 Full-time | 💼 Hybrid


We’re looking for a highly organised, tech-savvy Administrator to support our recruitment, client services, and office operations. This is a varied and fast-paced role ideal for someone who’s detail-oriented, a fast learner, and confident managing systems and workflows.


🔑 Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate candidate interviews, collect feedback, and manage recruitment documentation.
  • Maintain accurate data in CRM and ATS systems; generate reports and updates.
  • Prepare proposals, contracts, and key client documents with precision.
  • Act as a central point of support for clients, candidates, and internal teams.
  • Assist with office operations, internal communications, and project coordination.



✅ What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years in admin, recruitment support, or client-facing roles
  • Excellent Excel and data handling skills
  • Strong CRM and software system experience (ATS, CRM, etc.)
  • A fast learner who can adapt quickly to new tools and processes
  • Clear communicator with strong attention to detail
