Recruitment Assistant

We’re looking for a Recruitment Assistant  to join our growing team in Lahore. In this role, you’ll support the full recruitment cycle and help us bring in the best local and national accounting talent — from accountants to senior professionals.

Location:  Near Emporium Mall, Johar Town, Lahore

Job Timings:  On-site (12:00 PM to 9:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities / Your Role

We use test based approach where each candidate follows a process that is designed to get us best candidates for various roles. It's important to keep the records and follow our internal process in order to effectively execute the recruitment.

Some of the main responsibilities below:

• Assist in executing and managing the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate records and track candidates throughout the hiring pipeline.
• Review, evaluate, and improve internal recruitment workflows.
• Track and report key recruitment KPIs.
• Coordinate and schedule candidate assessments, interviews, and feedback.
• Collaborate closely with the HR to ensure smooth hiring execution.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in BBA, Human Resources, or a related field (Fresh graduates are encouraged)
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken) 
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
