Recruitment Assistant - SPANISH BILINGUAL

We are looking for a Recruitment Assistant to support our recruiting and onboarding activities. Recruitment Assistant responsibilities include scheduling calls and interviews, maintaining candidate database and handling paperwork. Ultimately, you’ll help us hire efficiently and keep our hiring process running. If you have some experience in recruiting and you’re an excellent organizer and communicator, we’d like to meet you.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Undertake clerical duties (e.g. answering emails, scheduling interviews)
  • Post job ads on college job boards and reach out to professors
  • Help with resume screening and initial phone screens
  • Greet and assist interviewees onsite
  • Maintain candidate database
  • Resolve issues as fast as possible (e.g. interview cancellations)
  • Assist with new hire onboarding and staff resignations (e.g. following up with new hires after probation, collecting clinical team feedbacks for resigning staff, collecting trainer feedbacks on new hires)

Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with hiring practices and stages (screening, interview, assessment, onboarding)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Problem-solving ability
  • Currently pursuing a degree in HR, Business or relevant field
  • 10am-4pm availability
  • SPANISH BILINGUAL REQUIRED

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
