  Kintec is seeking a proactive Recruitment Consultant to support contract hiring in Qatar. The role focuses on business-to-business sales, candidate resourcing, and managing client relationships to meet service and revenue targets. This is a dynamic role for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is willing to travel or relocate as required.
 
   Key Responsibilities:

   Conduct B2B sales to achieve financial and gross profit targets.
  
- 
   Source candidates proactively through multiple advertising channels.
  
- 
   Select suitable candidates to fill client orders.
  
- 
   Maintain strong contact with candidates and clients.
  
- 
   Take client orders and conduct site or office visits.
  
- 
   Prepare and deliver presentations to clients.
  
- 
   Adhere to quality procedures at all times.
  
- 
   Maximise business opportunities via follow-up and proactive client engagement.
  
- 
   Maintain knowledge of current employment legislation.
  
- 
   Resolve client issues promptly to maximise service and revenue levels.
  
- 
   Conduct candidate interviews and identify potential client leads.
  
- 
   Generate new business opportunities and expand client network.
  
- 
   Advertise vacancies through websites, trade journals, and other channels.
  
- 
   Maintain accurate CV records and coding.
  
- 
   Negotiate and confirm rates with clients and candidates.
  
- 
   Make candidate calls outside office hours if required.
  
   Qualifications & Experience:
  
- 
   Minimum 12 months office-based customer service experience.
  
- 
   Experience in a call centre or busy switchboard environment.
  
- 
   Willingness to travel or relocate as required.
  
- 
   Telesales experience (6 months) is advantageous.
  
- 
   Graduate-level education preferred.
