About the Role:


We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant with a strong background in Real Estate and Construction hiring. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from client engagement and role briefing to candidate sourcing, assessment, and placement.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for executive level roles within the Real Estate and Construction sectors.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and deliver effective hiring strategies.
  • Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, referrals, and networking channels.
  • Conduct interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting through the ATS.
  • Provide market insights and benchmarking data to clients.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates.


Requirements:

  • 8–10 years of recruitment experience, preferably within Real Estate and Construction industries.
  • Proven success in managing full-cycle recruitment.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and ATS systems.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of the GCC talent markets.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
