Job Description

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their hiring needs.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Utilise various recruitment tools and platforms to identify and engage candidates.
• Provide advice and market insights to clients and candidates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet business objectives.
• Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate information.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Recruitment Consultant should have:

• A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
• Experience in recruitment or sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
