Recruitment Consultant (Shore-based)

We are looking for a driven and motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, working closely with clients and candidates to deliver high-quality hiring solutions.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, working in a fast-paced environment and making a real impact on people's careers.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage a portfolio of Maritime clients
• Source and interview candidates across Technical and Commercial roles
• Develop long-term relationships with clients and candidates
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from brief to placement
• Conduct business development and market mapping
• Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
• Attend industry events and international travel, when necessary
• Represent Diverse Maritime professionally at all times

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in recruitment (maritime or technical recruitment is a plus, but not essential)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven and resilient
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Commercial awareness and a consultative mindset
• A genuine interest in the maritime industry
