Recruitment Consultant (US/CA) - Night Shift - ONSITE

Job Title: Recruitment Specialist (Canada Operations)

Location: On-site (Ahmedabad) - No Relocation

Shift Hours: Night Shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM or 7PM to 4PM)

Duration: Full Time/ Permanent

Salary: 20,000 - 32,000 per month

We will not consider any other profile other than INTERNATIONAL RECRUITMENT. not even HR/CSR.

• The ideal candidate will be highly driven with decent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be self-motivated and must possess a good attitude.

Roles and responsibilities

• Sourcing the candidate from various sources like job Portals, Database, references etc.
• Submit qualified candidates to open job requirements
• Foster long-term relationships with candidates
• Willing to work on tight deadlines
• Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicant’s abilities

Required Qualifications

• MUST HAVE 0-3 years of experience in international recruitment
• NOT looking for freshers or any professional with HR/ Domestic Recruitment/Customer Service/BP experience.
• MUST live in Ahmedabad, we are not hiring anybody out of town/no relocation
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred however the combination of education and experience will also be considered
• Must have stability, long term goals and zeal to learn new things/technology
• Strong desire to self-learn
• Must have excellent English speaking skills
