Recruitment Coordinator

Job Title: Human Capital Recruiting Coordinator

Location: New York, New York (this role can mostly be worked REMOTE, must be local to come onsite once a week sometimes)


Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support a seamless recruiting process in a high-performance environment. Our team is committed to delivering a top-tier candidate experience and driving operational excellence throughout the hiring lifecycle.


Responsibilities

  • Manage a high volume of candidate interviews (75+ Interviews a week) across multiple time zones with precision, professionalism, and a strong sense of urgency.
  • Support the full interview lifecycle, including scheduling, logistics, communications, and feedback tracking.
  • Facilitate onsite Super Days, case studies, and candidate assessments with a high level of poise and attention to detail.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a high-touch experience that reflects a culture of excellence.


Required

  • 3+ years of experience in administrative, recruiting, or HR coordination roles, ideally within a fast-paced corporate or financial services environment.
  • MUST have experience scheduling and coordinating high volume of candidate interviews (75+ Interviews a week).
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Greenhouse or other ATS
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with discretion, sound judgment, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
