We’re seeking an outgoing, creative, & proactive Recruitment Coordinator to support the Human Resources Team and the Ohio Veterans Homes. This person will be responsible for developing a recruitment plan, attending career fairs, maintaining relationships with schools & our applicant pool. This is a dynamic role for someone who thrives at the intersection of recruiting, networking, and creativity.

Starting Hourly Pay: $32.35 with your first raise at 6 months and regular increases throughout your early years of service

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Responsible for managing the overall operations of succession planning initiatives, leading teams to assess talent needs & participating in the development of training programs for potential successors
Applicant will be expected to travel up to 50%.
