General Statement of Duties:
Under general direction of the Associate Director of Admissions, the Grade 3 Recruitment Counselor performs recruitment of prospective students throughout MWCC's service delivery area. Employees in this classification perform recruitment, marketing, and advisory work. Classification is responsible for recruiting prospective students, assisting prospective students with degree/career discernment, assisting students with the admissions process, and connecting prospective students with student financial resources during the onboarding process. Performs related work as directed.
The Recruitment Counselor will serve as an integral member of the Admissions Team in recruitment of learners throughout North Central MA and Southern New Hampshire, working to promote outreach to community business organizations and local and regional high schools. The Recruitment Counselor will hold on-campus information sessions for prospective students on MWCC campus and via Zoom. In this position, the Grade 3 Recruitment Counselor will have an integral role in the daily operation of recruitment activities on- and off-campus. The Recruitment Counselor will work out of the Admissions CRM database to maintain accurate recruitment and outreach records. Position will require travel and occasional evening and Saturday work hours.

Salary: $58,979.00 - $100,530.00
Actual Salary determined by education, experience, and any applicable grant limitations per the collective bargaining agreement. Applicants should be aware it is unlikely the salary will be at or near the top of the range.
