About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Recruitment Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring talent across various roles. You’ll play a key role in ensuring we attract, evaluate, and onboard top talent while delivering a smooth and professional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance.
• Source and attract candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and networking.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate further interview rounds.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment cycle.
• Maintain and update recruitment reports and records.
• Assist in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of proven experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, ATS systems, and job portals.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple roles at once.
• Passion for people and talent acquisition.
