Salary: ₹20,000 per month + PF

Qualification : B.com with MBA OR Graduate in HR / MBA HR (preferred).

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews.
• Maintain and update employee records and databases.
• Manage payroll processing, attendance, and leave records.
• Support HR-related administrative tasks and documentation.
• Assist in employee engagement and grievance handling.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment and payroll management.
• Basic knowledge of statutory compliances (PF, ESI, etc.).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
