We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Executive (Non-Tech) to manage end-to-end hiring for non-technical roles. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience in bulk or functional hiring, and the ability to identify and attract top talent across multiple domains.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-technical positions (HR, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Admin, etc.).
  • Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and internal databases.
  • Screen, interview, and shortlist qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer processes with hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and reports.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in non-technical recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and sourcing strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and meet deadlines effectively.
