Recruitment Executive

Joining: Immediate (Candidate Must be currently available in Qatar and ready to join immediately)

Position Overview:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment processes, managing client requirements, sourcing strategies, and ensuring timely closures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand client requirements and job descriptions thoroughly. Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with clients.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
• Ensure timely submission of CVs and offer closures.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with clients.
• Maintain candidate and client databases.
• Explore innovative sourcing channels to build a strong candidate pipeline.
• Prepare recruitment reports and MIS for management review.
• Track team performance and recruitment metrics.
• Hands on with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri Gulf, Indeed and other recruitment platforms.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in a manpower supply / staffing industry.
• Excellent knowledge of sourcing tools (Job Portals, LinkedIn, social media, WhatsApp Groups).
• Good understanding of bulk recruitment and overseas hiring processes.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of End-to-End recruitment life cycle: Expertise in the areas of Recruiting, Sourcing, Screening, Shortlisting, interviewing candidates, Job posting, Mass mailing, Headhunting, Reporting, Salary Negotiation, Onboarding, Executive Hiring, team handling etc.
• Experience in Gulf / Overseas manpower supply industry is an added advantage.
