Recruitment executive

About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Reruitment Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be from the Reatail, hospitality or fashion industry. They will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the company’s staffing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with department heads to identify hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, referrals, and recruitment agencies.
• Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial HR interviews, and schedule final interviews with relevant departments.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Assist in employer branding initiatives and career fairs.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
• 6 month to 1 year of proven experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., Indeed, LinkedIn, Rozee.pk).
• Must be from retail or restaurant industry.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
