Recruitment Executive

Job Location: Karachi (On-site)

Logix Solutions is looking for a talented Recruiter with at least 3 years of experience (preferably in HR consultancy firms or recruitment agencies)

Eligibility:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration

2 years of proven recruitment experience (consultancy/agency preferred)

Experience in both technical & non-technical hiring

Strong knowledge of sourcing tools: LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, social recruiting, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing → onboarding)

Design and execute talent acquisition strategies

Conduct screenings, interviews & assessments

Build and maintain talent pipelines for current/future needs

Collaborate with hiring managers on requirements and market insights

Ensure a great candidate experience throughout the process

Skills Required:

Excellent communication & negotiation skills

Strong knowledge of recruitment practices

Ability to multitask and work under pressure
