Job Title: Recruitment Executive

Job Type: Full-time

Timings: 12:00 PM - 09:00 PM PKT

Location: Arfa Karim Tower, Lahore Pakistan

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter with 2-3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, primarily focused on IT hiring, including NOC/SOC roles, along with business operations hiring. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing hiring pipelines for technical and operational positions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
  • Handle hiring for IT infrastructure, NOC (Network Operations Center), SOC (Security Operations Center), and other technical support roles like finance, HR, and Marketing.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to evaluate technical and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth candidate communication throughout the process.
  • Maintain and update candidate records, trackers, and recruitment reports.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and workforce needs.
  • Support recruitment for business operations, customer support, coordination, and administrative roles.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain employer branding standards.
  • Meet hiring timelines and monthly recruitment targets

Requirements

Must Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Technical Recruitment / IT Recruitment.
  • Hands-on experience hiring for NOC, SOC, IT Support, Infrastructure, or Networking-related roles.
  • Experience hiring for business operations or non-technical roles.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle and sourcing strategies.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and ATS systems.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
  • Exposure to cybersecurity or cloud hiring.
  • Experience in MSP, offshore, or international hiring environments.
  • Knowledge of technical terminologies related to networking, security, and infrastructure.
  • Experience with recruitment metrics and reporting.
  • Proactive attitude with strong ownership and follow-through skills.
