Recruitment Executive - Night Shift

Location: Shamsabad, Rawalpindi

Shift Timing: 5:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Night Shift)

Industry: BPO / Call Center

Experience: 6 months to 1 year (BPO industry preferred)

Are you passionate about talent acquisition and looking to grow your career in recruitment? We're on the lookout for a Recruitment Executive to join our dynamic team in Shamsabad, Rawalpindi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for BPO/call center roles
• Source, screen, and interview candidates
• Coordinate with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs
• Maintain candidate database and generate reports
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Requirements:

• 6 months to 1 year of recruitment experience (preferably in BPO)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working night shift (5:00 PM – 3:00 AM)
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
