Recruitment Executive (UK Recruitment Experience)

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Executive with strong knowledge of the UK recruitment market. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and managing offers. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong relationships with both clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple roles.
• Source, attract, and screen candidates using job boards, social media, and networking.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Manage job postings and ensure compliance with UK employment regulations.
• Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Executive, Recruiter, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of UK recruitment practices, compliance, and employment law.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job boards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
