Human Resources Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The role will be responsible for handling HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and supporting management in implementing HR policies to ensure smooth workforce management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems (ERP/HR software).
  • Handle attendance and leave management using biometric/ZKT systems.
  • Prepare and maintain monthly payroll data (Excel/ERP).
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities such as birthdays, anniversaries, and events.
  • Assist in drafting HR policies, letters, and documents.
  • Manage employee queries and grievances, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Support management with reports, MIS, and HR analytics.
  • Liaise with departments to understand workforce needs and assist in manpower planning.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in HR operations/recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, ERP, ZKT, Excel).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
