Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective job descriptions.
  • Post job openings on relevant platforms (job boards, social media, networking sites).
  • Source and attract candidates using databases, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ suitability.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring teams and provide timely feedback.
  • Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment records in ATS/HR systems.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Stay updated on recruitment trends, best practices, and labor market conditions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
