Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Intern to join our HR team. This internship is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition and HR operations. You’ll be actively involved in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing potential candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes and applications based on job descriptions.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Draft and post job descriptions across multiple platforms.
• Assist in employer branding initiatives and campus outreach programs.
• Coordinate with internal teams to understand hiring needs.
• Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.
• Strong interest in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, job boards, and other sourcing tools is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
