This is a 3-month internship program designed to provide hands-on experience in technical recruitment and talent acquisition, with the opportunity for a full-time role.

Location: Johar Town G4, Lahore
Timings: 10AM-7PM
Responsibilities

Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, social media platforms, and the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Support the technical recruitment team in identifying talent for local and international hiring needs.

Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

Conduct initial candidate outreach and schedule screening calls.

Communicate with candidates regarding interview updates, feedback, and next steps.

Assist in preparing job postings and sharing them across recruitment platforms.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree completed or currently in progress in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field.
