  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with at least 4 years in a team leadership or supervisory role within the recruitment industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and managing a recruitment team to achieve hiring goals.
  • In-depth understanding of various recruitment methodologies, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment tools.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software (e.g., CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive and problem-solving approach.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹190,735.20 - ₹798,495.36 per year
