Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the recruitment function for IT positions across IT sectors.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, evaluating, and shortlisting suitable candidates.
- Strategize hiring plans based on business requirements and manpower forecasts.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand role requirements, hiring timelines, and expectations.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical/recurring roles.
- Conduct competency-based interviews and shortlist candidates aligned with role mandates.
- Guide, mentor, and manage the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.
- Use multiple sourcing channels—job portals, professional networks, referrals, headhunting, social media, etc.
- Ensure timely closures while maintaining quality of hire and adherence to TAT.
- Maintain detailed recruitment reports, dashboards, and MIS.
- Negotiate offers, manage salary discussions, and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Stay updated with market trends, talent availability, and competitor insights.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong experience in IT hiring for Big 4 & MNC Companies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn, and sourcing tools.
- Ability to handle multiple mandates simultaneously.
- Team handling experience preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to assess candidates effectively.
- High sense of ownership, urgency, and commitment to deadlines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
