Recruitment & Onboarding
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes
- Liaise with hiring managers to define job roles and requirements
- Manage onboarding and induction programs for new hires
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Address employee grievances and escalate when necessary
- Support employee engagement initiatives and feedback mechanisms
- Assist in organizing team-building activities and wellness programs
Performance Management
- Facilitate performance appraisal cycles
- Track and report on employee performance metrics
- Support managers in setting SMART goals and KPIs
Training & Development
- Identify training needs through skill gap analysis
- Coordinate internal and external training sessions
- Maintain training records and evaluate effectiveness
HR Operations & Compliance
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Assist in audits and documentation for statutory requirements
Policy Implementation & Process Improvement
- Help implement HR policies and procedures
- Recommend improvements to HR processes for efficiency
- Monitor adherence to organizational standards
