Job Role: Lead – Talent Acquisition

Role Overview:
The Lead – Talent Acquisition will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end recruitment for all technology and Non Technology related roles across the organization. This role requires strong leadership, strategic hiring capabilities, stakeholder management, and experience in building high-performing tech teams. The ideal candidate will drive recruitment planning, implement best practices, and ensure timely hiring aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Manage the full cycle of IT & Non IT hiring: sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Develop hiring strategies for niche and senior-level technology roles (Developers, QA, DevOps, Data, IT Support, Tech Leads, etc.).
  • Maintain active talent pipelines for current and future needs.
  • Use job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other channels to source high-quality candidates.

2. Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead, guide, and mentor junior recruiters in the TA team.
  • Allocate requirements, monitor performance, and ensure target achievement.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to improve sourcing and interviewing skills.

3. Stakeholder & Vendor Management

  • Partner closely with hiring managers, department heads, and leadership to understand manpower needs.
  • Manage recruitment partners, consultants, and external vendors.
  • Ensure alignment of hiring processes with business requirements.

4. Strategy & Process Improvement

  • Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to reduce hiring time and improve quality of hires.
  • Optimize recruitment processes using ATS and HR tools.
  • Create dashboards, weekly MIS, and recruitment analytics for leadership review.

5. Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure all candidate documentation, background checks, and onboarding processes are followed.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and hiring standards.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s in HR / Management or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with a strong focus on IT recruitment and Education Industry recruitment.
  • Proven experience hiring for tech roles in fast-growing or product-based companies.
  • Strong knowledge of IT skills, technologies, and job market trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with ATS, sourcing tools, and recruitment analytics.
  • Ability to handle multiple positions with tight timelines.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
