Job Description – Recruitment Specialist
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Manager to lead our internal and international hiring efforts across departments. As part of the Recruitment & HR team, you will be responsible for hiring top talent across locations such as India and the UK, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, and building strong internal pipelines for career growth within the organization.
Our core focus to close out 2025 is building a strong sales recruitment pipeline, with priority on hiring UK-based sales professionals for two critical projects.
This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance immediate hiring needs with long-term talent planning, while ensuring a seamless and inclusive recruitment experience across regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles across the company. – Maybe technical and non-technical is too broad? Something more like: Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a range of roles, including high-volume sales positions (a core priority), client-facing account management, technical development roles, and internal positions such as team leadership and project management.
- Lead hiring efforts across India and the UK, working closely with local teams and leadership
- Design and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational growth and workforce planning
- Oversee screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and ideal candidate profiles including profiling for B2B SaaS talents for a variety of roles, with a specific focus on spotting and handling exceptional sales talents.
- Use ATS and sourcing platforms to build robust candidate pipelines across multiple locations You should be comfortable navigating UK and Indian job portals – noting candidate proficiencies and facilitating the wider interview process – this may be in providing technical tasks for candidates, setting up interviews, and more.
- Maintain a consistent and high-quality candidate experience across all touchpoints
- Monitor recruitment metrics and optimize processes to improve efficiency and quality of hire
- Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment partners for international hiring
- Stay updated on hiring trends, talent availability, and market dynamics in India and the UK
- Your probation will be judged initially on:
- Ensure Territory Insights sales team remains fully staffed with a consistent pipeline.
- Hire the first 10 (new Product) salespeople within X months.
- Other vacancies being appropriately filled, but less urgent.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, including at least 1 year in a managerial role.
- Proven and demonstrable experience in international recruitment, especially across India and the UK, for high-volume sales positions (a core priority), client-facing account management, technical development roles, and internal positions such as team leadership and project management.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., Zoho Recruit, Workable, Greenhouse) and sourcing tools
- Strong understanding of global hiring practices, cultural nuances, and employment trends
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on improving recruitment KPIs, communicating clearly on time-to-hire, pipeline fill rates, and offer-to-acceptance ratio.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
Preferred:
- Experience in a B2B SaaS or technology-driven company
