Recruitment, Marketing & Communication Officer – Construction Company

Job Description:
A construction company in Abu Dhabi is looking for a Recruitment, Marketing & Communication Officer to handle the following:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviews, hiring).
• Communicate and coordinate with clients regarding company projects.
• Support in creating and executing marketing plans for the company.
• Maintain records and prepare regular reports for management.
• Manage and grow the company’s social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).

Requirements:

• Previous experience in recruitment, marketing, or customer service.
• Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Prior experience in the construction sector in UAE is a plus.
